The HOTTEST Isuzu V-cross D-Max’s Registration has been suspended by the MVD (Motor Vehicles Department) Kerela for illegal modifications. Owned by an Automobile enthusiast and photographer Abin Babs Abraham the Isuzu is known as babs monster truck.
The modification follows a huge list like a 12inch suspension lift, Auxilary lamps, tinted glasses, crash guards and many more! The vehicle has been fined several times in the past after The Supreme Court of India banned any kind of vehicle modification and alterations.
The registration of the Isuzu has been cancelled temporarily for 6 months. The Kerela MVD posted a post on their social media handles stating- The registration of the vehicle KL 17 R 80, which was published on social media, has been temporarily cancelled. According to Section 53 (1) of the Motor Vehicle Act, the action is of Muvattupuzha Regional Transport Officer. The suspension is first until six months or until illegal changes are avoided and present for inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle cannot be used in public during this period.
Registration will be permanently cancelled as per Section 54 of the Motor Vehicle Act if illegal changes are not avoided within six months
